Every reusable system has to come back

And empty, a steel cage takes up almost as much room going home as it did going out. So does a folding container. So does a box with a lid. That return trip sits on nobody’s cost price, and it is driven anyway, every single time.

The reason nothing changed is a design dilemma. Transport packaging is either stackable when loaded or nestable when empty. Never both.

NESTAX is built for that trip

Loaded, it is rigid and stacks two high through normal logistics. Empty, the sleeve folds and the pallets nest into each other. Seventeen units travel home in the space of one.

Two parts, nothing else. A nestable pallet in recycled HDPE and a light sleeve in recycled PP. We did not improve the lid. We removed it.

The European Packaging Regulation has applied since 12 August 2026. We did not design NESTAX for it. Development took two years, and the law simply arrived at the same conclusion we did. The reusable capacity to meet those numbers does not exist yet.
